The Kemen USA service department provides warranty work on the manufacture and craftsmanship of your firearm. We also provide additional woodstock services and gunsmithing services for your Kemen shotgun, with the ability to customize or refurbish your firearm as requested.
The Kemen USA service department is located in Lake Orion, MI just 45 minutes north of Detroit. Our staff of factory trained gunsmiths stand ready to help you keep your Kemen gun in top looking and working condition. You are welcome to bring your gun to Kemen USA for your Service. Whether you will be stopping by or shipping your gun to us, please use our online Service Request Form to kick-off the process for getting your gun serviced. It is recommended that you send in all the components of the gun so we can make sure it functions correctly during and after the service. We need the complete gun; Receiver, Buttstock, Forend and Barrels (include all barrels that have been fit to your receiver, or need to be fit for the service).

LIFETIME WARRANTY REGISTRATION FORM
This limited warranty repair period will be extended from the standard two (2) years to LIFETIME when the original owner registration is returned to Kemen-USA within ninety (90) days of the original purchase date. Please note that this form is for the United States only. If you register online, there is no need to mail your physical warranty card in and if you have already mailed your card in there is no need to fill out this form.
